Can I receive an eStatement on my business account? |

Of course! You may also set up more than one email address for receipt of your statement. A password and test email is needed for each email address. |

Can I receive an eStatement on all of my accounts? |

Currently, eStatements are available only on checking, savings, and money market savings accounts. We will let you know when this service is expanded to include other account types and notices. |

Will I still receive a paper statement when receiving an eStatement. |

No. Paper statements will not be sent when you receive an eStatement. Please contact us if you need to replace a statement or want to switch back to a paper statement (but we don’t think you will!). |

What other information will I receive electronically if I sign up for eStatement? |

For now, you will receive your statement and check images. Soon, we will add other important messages such as changes in terms, account notices and other required disclosures. You will continue to receive NSF notices, loan billings, CD notices, tax form, etc through postal mail. |

Can joint account holders view statements through eStatement? |

Yes. They need to complete an application as well and include their unique password and email address. |
