EXPRESS eSTATEMENT

An eStatement is a secure electronic version of your account statement viewable by you through email and the use of a password you choose.  No need to wait for the mail any longer.  You will now receive your eStatement a couple days earlier than before.  And, shredding statements aren’t necessary. With Silver Lake Bank’s Express eStatement, you can view your statement when convenient for you. 

You will receive your eStatement information as a PDF.  eStatement PDF files will require Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.0 or higher).  Acrobat Reader is already installed on most computers, but you can download a copy of the software if you need to by clicking on the link below.  Silver Lake Bank eStatement will be emailed to you in a secure 128-bit encrypted format that can be opened with a password of your choosing. Your encrypted eStatement can be downloaded and stored safely on your computer.

Account types available through Express eStatement are Checking, Savings and Money Market Savings Accounts.  It’s easy to sign up.

Can I receive an eStatement on my business account?

Of course!  You may also set up more than one email address for receipt of your statement.  A password and test email is needed for each email address.

Can I receive an eStatement on all of my accounts?
A
Currently, eStatements are available only on checking, savings, and money market savings accounts.  We will let you know when this service is expanded to include other account types and notices.

Will I still receive a paper statement when receiving an eStatement.
A
No.  Paper statements will not be sent when you receive an eStatement.  Please contact us if you need to replace a statement or want to switch back to a paper statement (but we don’t think you will!).

Is there a fee for an eStatement?

There are no fees for this service.  eStatement is free!

What other information will I receive electronically if I sign up for eStatement?
A
For now, you will receive your statement and check images.  Soon, we will add other important messages such as changes in terms, account notices and other required disclosures.  You will continue to receive NSF notices, loan billings, CD notices, tax form, etc through postal mail.

Can joint account holders view statements through eStatement?

Yes.  They need to complete an application as well and include their unique password and email address.
