Current Employment Opportunities

  • Branch Manager
    Full-time position in our Lawrence office for a Branch Manager. Primary responsibilities will be generating deposit growth in the Lawrence market through internal and external sales and managing the Lawrence staff.  Additional responsibilities will include representing the bank in local organizations and events as well as assisting other staff with achieving goals. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of successful business development with an established following in Lawrence and experience in managing others. 

  • Teller
    Full-time position available at our main office located in North Topeka. Standard hours will be  9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday but will need to have flexibility to work between 7:30 am-6:15 pm as needed and one Saturday per month from 7:45 am – 12:15 pm. Qualified candidates will have cash handling experience and strong communication skills as well as be comfortable working with computers. Successful sales experience is a plus.
